Welcome to Space Catcher! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Space Catcher mobile game ("the App") developed and published by PAS7 Studio ("we", "us", "our", "developer"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Space Catcher, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App, including casual players and those who make in-app purchases.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date whenever we make material changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
Space Catcher is a planned free-to-play mobile arcade game for Android devices. When released, it is expected to be distributed through the Google Play Store. The game features multiple stages, boss battles, achievement systems, collectible skins, companions, artifacts, in-game currency, and optional in-app purchases. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
The core gameplay involves catching falling items (stars, coins, gems) while avoiding hazards (bombs) across 6 progressively challenging stages, each culminating in a unique boss encounter. Players can upgrade their abilities, collect cosmetic items, complete daily missions, and compete for high scores through a local leaderboard system.
Some features of the App require an internet connection, including in-app purchases, analytics data transmission, and crash report submission. However, the core gameplay experience is fully functional offline. All game progress is stored locally on your device.
Space Catcher is suitable for users of all ages. The game does not contain violent content, sexual themes, profanity, or gambling mechanics. However, the App includes optional in-app purchases that require authorization through Google Play Billing. If you are under the age of 18, you should use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
Parents and guardians are responsible for any purchases made by minors through the App. We recommend using Google Play's family controls and purchase authentication settings to prevent unauthorized transactions.
Space Catcher does not require you to create an account, provide a username, or submit an email address to play the game. All game data, including progress, statistics, achievements, currency balances, and settings, is stored locally on your device using your device's internal storage. There is no server-side account system at this time.
This means that if you uninstall the App, change devices, or clear the App's data, your progress will be permanently lost. We strongly recommend not clearing the App's data unless you intend to start over. We are not responsible for any loss of progress resulting from device changes, data clearing, or uninstallation.
Future versions of the App may introduce cloud save functionality through Google Play Games Services, which would allow progress synchronization across devices. If and when such features are implemented, additional terms specific to those services may apply.
When released, Space Catcher may offer optional in-app purchases for premium content and convenience items. All purchases are processed exclusively through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google's Terms of Service and refund policies. We do not process payments directly and do not have access to your payment information.
Space Catcher features an in-game virtual currency called "coins" which can be earned through gameplay (catching items, completing missions, daily login bonuses, achievement rewards) or obtained through in-app purchases. Coins are used to purchase shields, magnets, upgrades, skins, and companions within the App.
Virtual currency and virtual items have no real-world value and represent a limited license to use these items within the App. You do not acquire any ownership rights to virtual items. Virtual currency and items cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for real money or any goods or services outside of the App. We are not obligated to compensate you for any lost virtual currency or items.
When using Space Catcher, you agree to the following:
Violation of these conduct rules may result in the loss of access to certain features or, in severe cases, termination of your ability to use the App. We reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate to address violations.
Space Catcher, including all of its contents, features, functionality, graphics, user interface, audio, music, sound effects, text, code, and design (collectively, the "Content"), is the exclusive property of PAS7 Studio and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on Android devices that you own or control. You may not:
The names "Space Catcher", "PAS7 Studio", and related logos and marks are trademarks of PAS7 Studio. All other trademarks, product names, and company names or logos mentioned in the App are the property of their respective owners.
The App integrates with or contains links to certain third-party services. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review:
We are not responsible for the practices, policies, or content of these third-party services. Your use of these services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
Space Catcher may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. These advertisements may include banner ads displayed during gameplay and interstitial ads shown between game sessions. Advertisements are served based on your device's advertising ID and may include non-personalized ads in compliance with GDPR and other applicable privacy regulations.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements displayed in the App. If you encounter inappropriate ads, please report them through Google's ad feedback mechanism.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SPACE CATCHER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.
We do not warrant that:
Your use of the App is at your sole risk. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, the above exclusions may not apply to you, but any applicable warranties are limited to the minimum period required by law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PAS7 STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or the App exceed the amount you have actually paid to PAS7 Studio through in-app purchases within the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PAS7 Studio, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your violation of these Terms, your use or misuse of the App, or any breach of your obligations under these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App, or any part thereof, at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Please note that uninstalling the App will permanently delete all locally stored game progress and data.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. We may also release updates, patches, or new versions that may alter gameplay, balance, content, or functionality. We are not obligated to provide prior notice of such changes, and you agree that continued use of the App after any update constitutes acceptance of the updated App.
We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the App following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine. We each agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and to waive any objections to venue in such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of either party to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the invalidity of any such provision.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PAS7 Studio regarding the use of Space Catcher. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, between you and PAS7 Studio.

Space Catcher — це запланована безкоштовна мобільна аркадна гра для пристроїв Android. Після релізу очікується розповсюдження через Google Play Store. Гра включає кілька стадій, битви з босами, систему досягнень, колекційні скіни, компаньйонів, артефакти, ігрову валюту та опціональні покупки в додатку. Додаток надається "як є" та "як доступно" без будь-яких гарантій, явних чи уявних.
Основний ігровий процес полягає у ловленні падаючих предметів (зірок, монет, самоцвітів) та уникаючи небезпек (бомб) на 6 стадіях зі зростаючою складністю, кожна з яких завершується унікальною битвою з босом. Гравці можуть покращувати свої здібності, збирати косметичні предмети, виконувати щоденні місії та змагатися за високі бали через локальну систему лідерборду.
Деякі функції Додатку потребують підключення до інтернету, включаючи покупки в додатку, передачу аналітичних даних та відправку звітів про збої. Проте основний ігровий досвід повноцінно функціонує офлайн. Весь ігровий прогрес зберігається локально на вашому пристрої.
Space Catcher підходить для користувачів будь-якого віку. Гра не містить насильницького контенту, сексуальних тем, нецензурної лексики чи механік азартних ігор. Проте Додаток містить опціональні покупки в додатку, які вимагають авторизації через Google Play Billing. Якщо вам менше 18 років, ви повинні використовувати Додаток лише за участі та за згодою батьків або законного опікуна, який погоджується з цими Умовами від вашого імені.
Батьки та опікуни несуть відповідальність за будь-які покупки, здійснені неповнолітніми через Додаток. Ми рекомендуємо використовувати сімейний контроль Google Play та налаштування автентифікації покупок для запобігання несанкціонованим транзакціям.
Space Catcher не вимагає від вас створення облікового запису, вказівки імені користувача або електронної адреси для гри. Всі ігрові дані, включаючи прогрес, статистику, досягнення, баланс валюти та налаштування, зберігаються локально на вашому пристрої за допомогою внутрішнього сховища. Наразі немає серверної системи облікових записів.
Це означає, що якщо ви видалите Додаток, зміните пристрій або очистите дані Додатку, ваш прогрес буде безповоротно втрачено. Ми наполегливо рекомендуємо не очищати дані Додатку, якщо ви не плануєте почати спочатку. Ми не несемо відповідальності за будь-яку втрату прогресу внаслідок зміни пристрою, очищення даних або видалення.
Майбутні версії Додатку можуть запровадити хмарне збереження через Google Play Games Services, що дозволить синхронізацію прогресу між пристроями. Якщо такі функції будуть реалізовані, можуть застосовуватися додаткові умови.
Після релізу Space Catcher може пропонувати опціональні покупки в додатку для преміум контенту та предметів зручності. Ми не обробляємо платежі напряму і не маємо доступу до вашої платіжної інформації.
Space Catcher містить віртуальну ігрову валюту під назвою "монети", яку можна заробити під час гри (ловлячи предмети, виконуючи місії, отримуючи бонуси за щоденний вхід, нагороди за досягнення) або отримати через покупки в додатку. Монети використовуються для покупки щитів, магнітів, апгрейдів, скінів та компаньйонів у Додатку.
Віртуальна валюта та віртуальні предмети не мають реальної цінності і представляють обмежену ліцензію на використання цих предметів у Додатку. Ви не набуваєте жодних прав власності на віртуальні предмети. Віртуальна валюта та предмети не можуть бути продані, передані, обміняні або викуплені за реальні гроші чи будь-які товари чи послуги поза Додатком.
Використовуючи Space Catcher, ви погоджуєтесь з наступним:
Порушення цих правил поведінки може призвести до втрати доступу до певних функцій або, у серйозних випадках, до припинення можливості використовувати Додаток.
Space Catcher, включаючи весь його контент, функції, функціональність, графіку, користувацький інтерфейс, аудіо, музику, звукові ефекти, текст, код та дизайн (сукупно — "Контент"), є виключною власністю PAS7 Studio і захищений чинним законодавством про авторське право, товарні знаки та іншу інтелектуальну власність. Всі права, явно не надані в цих Умовах, залишаються за нами.
Вам надається обмежена, невиключна, непередавана, відклична ліцензія на завантаження, встановлення та використання Додатку для особистих некомерційних цілей на пристроях Android, що належать вам або знаходяться під вашим контролем. Вам заборонено:

У жодному разі наша загальна відповідальність перед вами не перевищуватиме суму, фактично сплачену вами PAS7 Studio через покупки в додатку протягом дванадцяти (12) місяців, що передували претензії.
Ви погоджуєтесь відшкодувати, захистити та утримати PAS7 Studio, її посадових осіб, директорів, працівників, агентів та афілейтів відшкодованими від будь-яких претензій, збитків, витрат, зобов'язань, витрат (включаючи розумні гонорари адвокатів), що виникли у зв'язку з порушенням вами цих Умов, використанням або зловживанням Додатком.
Ми залишаємо за собою право припинити або призупинити ваш доступ до Додатку або будь-якої його частини в будь-який час без повідомлення з будь-якої причини, включаючи порушення цих Умов. Ви можете припинити використання Додатку в будь-який час, видаливши його з пристрою. Зверніть увагу, що видалення Додатку назавжди видалить усі локально збережені ігрові дані.
Ми можемо оновлювати, модифікувати або припиняти Додаток або будь-які його функції в будь-який час, з попередженням або без нього. Ми можемо випускати оновлення, патчі чи нові версії, що можуть змінити ігровий процес, баланс, контент чи функціональність. Ми не зобов'язані попереджати про такі зміни.
Ми також можемо оновлювати ці Умови використання. Суттєві зміни відображатимуться через оновлення дати "Останнє оновлення" на цій сторінці. Ваше подальше використання Додатку після публікації оновлених Умов означає вашу згоду з цими змінами.
Ці Умови регулюються та тлумачаться відповідно до законодавства України без урахування колізійних норм. Будь-які спори, що виникають з або пов'язані з цими Умовами або Додатком, вирішуються в судах України.
Якщо будь-яке положення цих Умов визнається недійсним, незаконним чи таким, що не підлягає примусовому виконанню, таке положення буде змінене до мінімально необхідного для його дійсності або виключене з цих Умов. Решта положень продовжуватиме діяти в повній силі.
Ці Умови використання разом з нашою Політикою конфіденційності складають повну угоду між вами та PAS7 Studio щодо використання Space Catcher. Вони замінюють усі попередні чи поточні повідомлення, представлення чи угоди.
